This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions (Pro, Guild, Elite) and legion add-ons purchased through Aether Sync. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refund requests can be made by contacting us at the email below.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.
2. Refund Eligibility
- 14-day window: Within 14 days of your first payment on a given tier, you may request a full refund for any reason.
- Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan within the first 30 days, we refund the prorated unused portion. After 30 days, refunds are not provided for the remaining annual term.
- Monthly plans: Outside the 14-day window, monthly charges are non-refundable for partial periods. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Service failure: If a confirmed outage or defect on our side prevents you from using a paid feature for an extended period, we will issue a prorated refund or service credit on request.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Charges older than 90 days, unless required by applicable consumer law.
- Changes of mind after the 14-day window on monthly plans.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include the Paddle order ID or the date and amount of the charge. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, but processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence (for example, EU/UK distance- selling rules). Where local law grants a more generous refund right, the more generous right applies.
